How we make money

OverpayCheck is free to use. You never pay us anything. We are paid by the providers we link to: if you continue to a provider from this site and take an action they compensate us for, we may earn a commission.

That compensation can influence which providers we list and where they appear. Listings are shown in an order of placement priority that we set, and the top position may be a paid placement — where it is, we label it “Sponsored.” A provider appearing on this site, or appearing first, is not a statement that it is the best option for you.

We do not currently publish star ratings, scores, or numerical rankings of providers. If we introduce them, we will explain here exactly how they are produced before they appear.

OverpayCheck cannot and does not present information about every company, product, or offer available in the market. For the providers we do show, we never invent prices, savings amounts, discounts, or eligibility — your rate and whether you qualify are always determined by the provider.
